Raw Material Transfer

The raw materials are gathered and efficiently transferred to the next stage of the process using a Tubular Conveyor and Bucket Elevators ensuring a smooth flow and transition.


Dry mixing or dry blending is used to blend dry raw materials, and small quantities of liquids may also be added. Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate) and Acid Slurry are fed into a Ribbon blender or any other conventional mixer. Neutralisation of soda ash takes place soon after adding other ingredients and builders, which are mixed for a few minutes.


After mixing, this agglomerate is passed through a mill called a cage mill for particle sizing. From the cage mill, the mixed powder cools down, allowing for the addition of minor ingredients like enzymes, perfumes, etc. The powder subsequently moves to silos for eventual packaging.

Post Dosing

The cooled mixed powder is subjected to post-dosing, which involves adding minor ingredients like enzymes and perfumes to enhance the final product’s properties and effectiveness.


The sieving step eliminates impurities or oversized particles, guaranteeing a uniform and refined end product.

Final Density of Dry Mix Powder remains from 0.650 g/cc to 0.750 g/cc depending upon ingredients added in mix.
